• Step 8: Copy licence file then paste where is BUSY installed
• Step 9: Reopen BUSY

To convert your BUSY software dongle to wireless, you need to submit your dongle to the BUSY head office and request to convert your softlock from your dongle. You will need to mail your dongle's serial number from your registered email ID and attach a photo of your dongle with courier tracking number.The process may take some time, and you will not be able to use BUSY during this time. Once the process is complete, you will be able to use BUSY without the dongle.

To continue using BUSY without a damaged dongle, you may follow belw instructions:

• Step 1: Surrender your dongle to your channel partner.
• Step 2: Can share dongle on through courier our head office address.
• Step 3: Then mail us on support@busy.in with courier receipt and license credentials.

To switch from using a dongle for activation to using an activation key, you need to do a softlock registration on the system and obtain a license file key. The activation key will be sent to your registered email ID. Once you receive the license file key, you can put it along with the serial number and register number to activate the software.

Yes, a dongle user can switch to soft lock in BUSY Accounting Softwar. The process for dongle conversion involves sending the dongle to the BUSY Head Office in Jhandewalan, Delhi, along with the serial number and user information. Within two working days, a soft lock file will be provided, which can be installed in place of the dongle.
